When can I buy Gogo Care?
At checkout, on the same order as your device. Cannot be added after purchase.
Which devices are eligible?
Smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and AIoT devices priced RM 500 or above. Accessories (chargers, cases, earbuds under RM 500) are excluded.
Can I claim multiple times?
Screen Protection and Accidental Damage are each one-time use within the 12-month period. Extended Warranty covers unlimited manufacturing defect repairs during the extended period.
Where do I claim?
Visit any GOGO Mobile outlet (Karamunsing or Tawau) with your device + IC + order number. Repairs / replacements typically processed in 3–14 working days.
What's NOT covered?
Loss, theft, intentional damage, third-party repair / modification, or damage occurring before the device was registered.
